I’m Sekou Murray, co-founder of Reed Firm Collective, a digital-first creative direction and post studio focused on docuseries, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and brand campaigns. As a creative director and senior film editor, I guide projects from story structure through finishing so the work lands.
Selected work with production partner GFACTOR Films includes Disney, Nike, DTLR, New Balance, Xfinity, Revolt TV, and Apple TV+.
Music supervision is built into my process. On every project I touch, I serve as the music supervisor, selecting and implementing the music to protect the production, support the story, and keep delivery clean.
In the music industry, I have led at the executive level in A&R. At KO Music Group, I served as President of A&R on a fully independent hip-hop compilation with a $2.5 million budget, bringing together 50-plus artists from Snoop Dogg and Nipsey Hussle to Gucci Mane, Lil Baby, T.I., and Joyner Lucas.
